This system is based primarily on the IVR (Intelligent Voice Recognition) Platform. The system allows the customer to leave details, place an order and even give credit card details (over a secure system) over the phone without anyone conducting the operations.

For example, when a customer phones in, and wants to place an order for a product or service, the system automatically prompts the customer to give various details. Auto Pay will ask the customer to leave their details and once they have done so to press a certain button on their phone to carry on the order. It will then ask the customer to key in the code of the product and service and again prompt them to press a certain button.

The customer will then be asked to key in their credit card details, which will then be checked for authorisation. Once everything has been confirmed the system will repeat all the details to the customer and ask them to verify that everything is correct.

This system helps your company take orders over the phone if there is no one available to take the call or if all your lines are busy.

What this means is that money is saved, customers are not lost and overall more business for your company!
