This service provides for distribution of calls to multiple landline destinations according to a specified distribution plan. The distribution plan can have up to a maximum of 10 destinations per service number.
For example, a company has three call centres and one of those call centres is larger than the other two. It may require that 50% of the calls go to the larger call centre and the other 50% of the calls are split between the other two call centres.

A distribution plan of 2:1:1 would be set up for a given service number on the Switch for the three destination numbers of the call centres. For each four calls received we would send the first two calls to the first larger call centre, the third call to the second call centre and the fourth call the third call centre, thus achieving a 50%, 25%, 25% distribution of calls.
