Call Replay is a network based bulk voice-recording product that offers
a complete integrated call recording solutions for all types of businesses
and services across all industry sectors. Call Replay can be used to record both in-bound and outbound services. Recordings are initially stored within a network using RAID storage technology. After approximately a month these are then moved into the long-term achieve storage using DVD media. Retrieval of recordings is performed using a simple web-based search
engine. Once a file is located details of the selected recordings are
then displayed (call duration, CLI, TLI etc) and can instantly be playback
using a standard multi-media PC or you can download the audio file for
later analysis. And, as your business expands, so can the level of recording- with no long lead times to order or install new equipment, and no worries about updated technology or the cost of upgrades.
