Call Forwarding allows you to divert call to another number when lines are busy or if there is no answer. One of the great things about this call plan is that the caller does not know that they are being diverted; the whole thing is seamless! This service provides for a secondary number, which
the NTS (Number Translation Services) will automatically make a call to
if the first call fails. If, on routing to the second number there is another
call failure then the caller will receive an engage tone. |
