Q. Do I have to change my existing telephone lines to have CPS?
A. No- There is no disruptions to your telephone lines. Once we have
rerouted your number down the most effective route you should start
receiving cheaper calls from our fantastic service. Its just business as
usual!


Q. Will I be tied to a contract?
A. No, not at all! We are so confident that you will be happy with our
service that you will want to be connected to us for as long as possible.


Q. I am not connected to BT; will I still be able to use CPS?
A. At the moment customers who are connected to BT can only use CPS, as our
operators only have an agreement with BT. However, negotiations are taking
place with other cable carriers, so soon everyone will be able to receive
our brilliant services.
