Who Are ICSTIS? ICSTIS; The Independent Committee for the Supervision of Standards of Telephone Information Services, is the regulatory body for premium rate services. The committee consists of 9 members, all appointed in their individual capacities. ICSTIS is a non-profit making limited company, which is financed by the industry. The committee is supported by a full time Secretariat ("the Secretariat"). The ICSTIS code of practise stipulates whether the services you require
need to be registered to obtain a license. To know whether your business
requires this, Numeric Futures Ltd will contact ICTIS on your behalf.
