This product is a highly customisable network based call queuing service
that provides both call queuing and call counting.
The Queue Manager can be applied in any call centre of telemarketing applications
where in-bound peaks in call traffic exceed the resources available to
answer the calls. Calls are automatically answered by the Queue Manager
system and held in the network. Various holding messages can be applied
to the waiting caller (these can be customised) including their position
in the queue.
The product includes a call counting facility that allows the customer
to control the number of simultaneous calls to the terminating numbers.
Services are configured / amended using the local provisioning interface.
Prompts are re-recordable for the customer by using a special admin telephone
line.
A queue jump feature is also incorporated which allows registered CLI's
to jump to the head of the queue ideal for call centres wanting to offer
a "Gold Service" to specified customers.
