Orange Business Services to deliver Contact Center Access to Numeric Futures

Orange’s strong network capabilities and investments support Numeric Futures’ expansion in Middle East & Africa

Orange Business Services, the B2B division of Orange, has won a contract to deliver Contact Center Access to Numeric Futures, a UK-based company reselling telecom solutions to the enterprise market.

Contact Center Access, a suite of services for international inbound call collection will be implemented across eight countries in the Middle East and Africa, including Cameroon, Kenya, Morocco, Senegal, Nigeria, Tunisia, Uganda and Turkey, supporting Numeric Futures’ regional expansion. Orange’s call collection solution will optimize costs for Numeric Futures and enable new features for customers, including local access numbers in each country, a single point of contact, and a centralized billing facility.

Numeric Futures provides a wide range of tailor-made voice access solutions to enterprises. Through a local number service in each country, Numeric Futures can route their customers’ calls to more than 80 worldwide destinations.
